LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Yoof India and its representatives do not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by the cancellation of a workshop or delay or interruption to travel services. Any such losses or additional expenses are the responsibility of the workshop participant. Yoof India and its team are not liable for injury, accidents, or theft resulting from participation in our workshop program. It is the participant's responsibility to obtain information about any risks involved. Participant signature on the Liability Waiver at the time of registration verifies the release of liability of Yoof India, staff, volunteers, and any contractors. Any questions about workshop content, requirements, or risks may be directed to Yoof India prior to the time of registration.
FORCE MAJEURE
For the purposes of the terms and conditions outlined in this document, “Force Majeure” shall refer to a cause or event such as war or the threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, civil strife, governmental acts, industrial disputes, labor strikes, injunctions, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, fire, or unfavorable or adverse weather conditions that are not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of Yoof India. Any delay or failure in the performance by Yoof India shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Yoof India reserves the right to alter or cancel any workshop for any reason. In the unlikely event of workshop cancellation, we will refund all monies paid in full. Alternatively, you may opt for a credit equal to the workshop fee, applicable to a future workshop within 24 months of the original registration. Yoof India is not liable for travel expenses, non-refundable purchases, deposits, or reservations. It is advised to purchase trip insurance. Cancellation notifications will be sent via email; we are not responsible for delays due to service provider issues.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Workshop registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All workshop pricing is in the Indian standard currency (rupees). Fees can be paid via the available payment gateway specified in the workshop collaterals. Stated fees cover workshop tuition only, excluding airfares, transportation, meals, film, and processing, or instructor gratuities unless otherwise specified. We will confirm your booking in writing, marking the establishment of a contract between us. The full amount is due at the time of reservation and is non-refundable. A non-refundable fee, specified in the workshop information, is required upon registration. Reservations are not secured without a deposit. Failure to process or receive the specified payment by the due date may result in the reservation being treated as canceled. If a reservation is made 90 days or less before the workshop start date, the full amount is payable at the time of reservation.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
All workshop withdrawal requests from participants must be in writing, sent via email, and acknowledged by Yoof India. There are NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY, even for medical emergencies. Fees in the case of cancellation are non-refundable. However, you have the option to receive a credit equal to the workshop fee, applicable in full towards a future workshop. This credit must be utilized within 24 months of the original workshop registration.
USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS
We reserve the right to capture photographs or videos during workshop operations and use the resulting media, in whole or in part, for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising and publicity in both print and electronic media. By booking a reservation with Yoof India, participants agree to allow their images to be used in such photography. Participants who prefer not to have their images used are asked to identify themselves to Yoof India at the workshop's commencement. Additionally, we reserve the right to use any written reviews you provide to us, in whole or in part, in our advertising and publicity across print and electronic media.
